Date posted: 3/5/2019

Happening tomorrow: the First Annual Block House Kite Festival, sponsored by the BHCOA for all neighborhood residents!

Weather forecasters are now saying not only will the wind will be perfect for kite flying, but there’s only a slim chance of very light and scattered sprinkles! Do note the probability of a temperature drop; you might want to bring along a jacket.

Enjoy a flag raising ceremony, hourly surprise drops from the sky, a homemade kite contest (for ages 17 and under and 18 and older with first, second, and third place prizes), food for sale from Alamo Bound BBQ, photo ops, and more!
